You will partner with Workplace Experience to deliver premier dining, drive daily operational excellence, and foster a sense of community. By managing vendor relationships and sustainability initiatives you help elevate employee well-being and transform the workplace into a vibrant destination. Responsibilities- Create professional solutions for daily F&B operations
- Define F&B manpower and product specifications with SLAs for café services
- Define catering checks and controls; prepare cafeteria audit checklists
- Prepare F&B operational manual for cafeteria operations
- Develop initiatives to reduce food waste across cafeterias
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in food and beverage management, corporate hospitality, or high-volume dining
- Proven track record in managing third-party vendor relationships, performance metrics, and SLAs
- Strong financial acumen with budget, labor, and cost control experience
