Overview In this ERM-focused actuary role, you will lead portfolio risk assessment, assess pricing adequacy, and coordinate ceded reinsurance for Excess & Surplus business. You will work with Actuarial, Underwriting, and Senior Management to develop pricing strategies, risk transfer solutions, and tools to support profitable growth. Responsibilities- Lead portfolio risk assessment for E&S
- Perform pricing adequacy analyses
- Facilitate ceded reinsurance arrangements
- Conduct financial risk evaluation for E&S exposures
- Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, and Senior Management to develop pricing strategies
- Develop and maintain risk transfer solutions and tool-building initiatives to drive profitability and growth
Key requirements- ACAS or FCAS designation
- 10+ years of Commercial lines experience
- Experience in ERM, pricing, reserving, or reinsurance
