Overview In this HR leadership role, you align people strategies with business goals and help shape BU plans and talent initiatives. You partner with People Partners, COEs, and Ops to deliver fit-for-purpose HR solutions and coach senior leaders to build stronger people leadership. You'll leverage data to guide decision-making, drive workforce planning, and enhance culture and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities- Influence business choices by understanding overall direction and people impact
- Contribute to BU business plans and scope key initiatives
- Operationalize talent programs to support business outcomes
- Identify and enable initiatives that improve culture, effectiveness, performance, and engagement
- Serve as voice of the business in HR, partnering with People Partners, COEs, and Ops for fit-for-purpose HR solutions
- Coach senior leaders on leadership development to increase impact
- Use data and trends to guide guidance, measure success, and iterate improvements
- Advise on strategic workforce planning, calibration and succession planning, organization design, change management, and leadership development
Key requirements- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Direct client support and management coaching experience, plus team development/management
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, collaboration, and relationship building
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects
- Capability to operate across strategic, operational, and tactical levels of the HR stack
