Overview In this role you guide employer-sponsored retirement programs from design through implementation, partnering with HR and finance leaders to tailor plans and educate employees. You will drive new business in the retirement plan space, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth handoffs and client success. You'll lead by example in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, upholding fiduciary standards and a client-centric philosophy. Compensation / Benefits- Compensation starts at $100,000+ annually and is negotiable

Responsibilities- Gather information on employer-sponsored retirement plans and develop tailored recommendations
- Present proposals detailing plan design, investment menus, fees, and services to ensure understanding
- Coordinate paperwork, deposits, and handoffs with recordkeepers/TPAs for plan implementation
- Develop prospects through networking, affiliations, seminars, and referrals
- Coach and mentor colleagues within the retirement practice while maintaining confidentiality
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness to minimize errors and omissions claims; demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Maintain knowledge of group retirement and institutional markets, ERISA, DOL/IRS rules, and underwriting criteria
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual new business goals for group retirement plans and related services
- Represent the firm values in all client, prospect, and colleague interactions
Key requirements- Series 65 or 66 (or equivalent)
- 5+ years' experience in Financial Advisory or Retirement Plan roles with a focus on employer-sponsored plans
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the group retirement or institutional market
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred
- Advanced industry designations (AIF, CFP, CPFA, CEBS, C(k)P or similar) strongly preferred
- Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, DOL, IRS rules and fiduciary standards
- Familiarity with recordkeeping platforms, payroll integration, TPAs, custodians
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
