Overview In this role, you will lead the design and governance of the client's Master Data Management platform, leveraging Stibo or other leading SaaS MDM solutions. You'll establish enterprise data architecture, enable data governance, and align with the client's data strategy to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions. You'll collaborate with business, analytics, and integration teams to drive trusted, data-driven decision-making. This is an opportunity to shape multi-domain MDM across product, customer, and supplier domains and to influence enterprise-wide data standards.
Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Architect and maintain enterprise MDM architecture, with canonical data models and reference data patterns
- Define integration patterns between MDM and ERP/CRM/eCommerce/analytics platforms
- Lead MDM lifecycle management and ensure design compliance with enterprise standards
- Guide API design, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns for multi-domain data
- Implement match & merge, survivorship, and golden record strategies with KPI-driven quality
- Lead Stibo STEP capabilities (workflows, rules, event processors, data pipelines)
- Establish data enrichment and classification strategies; design approval workflows and stewardship processes
- Ensure end-to-end data lineage and traceability; drive performance optimization and scalability
- Define testing, migration, and rollout strategies for enterprise MDM adoption
- Support Agile delivery and governance-human collaboration across domains
- Integrate MDM models with enterprise glossary and metadata platforms
- Design RBAC and access patterns aligned with security standards
- Define and implement data quality frameworks, rules, and monitoring within MDM
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience designing enterprise MDM solutions, including data modeling and integration patterns, data governance, data architecture, or enterprise data management
- Strong data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, and hierarchy management knowledge
- Experience with Data Governance and Stewardship teams; governance policies and workflows
- Experience integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms; cross-system data flows
- Experience enabling enterprise data governance within MDM platforms; metadata management
- Experience with data quality processes; cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
- Hands-on with Stibo Systems MDM (or comparable) and multi-domain MDM programs; governance scaling
- Agile delivery familiarity; effective cross-functional communication
