We are looking for an experienced plumber to join our Stamford team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential and/or commercial plumbing experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality work.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including kitchens, bathrooms, gas lines, and waterlines.
- Install and repair water heaters (standard and tankless).
- Handle tub, shower, toilet, and faucet installations.
- Diagnose and repair leaks and plumbing issues.
- Repair and maintain pool heating systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately document work performed and report issues as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years or more servicing plumbing equipment
- High School Diploma
- Ability to operate a computer and assigned software (including email)
- Knowledge of normal safety practices pertaining to the trade.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, flexible and team player
- Good communication skills; written and verbal
- Positive attitude with good organizational skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Eligibility Requirements:
- Valid drivers license.
- Employment/education will be verified.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity to handle tools and small parts.
- Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and balance.
- Capacity to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
