HR Data Analyst

In this role you will translate workforce data into actionable insights that inform hiring, retention, pay, and daily operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to turn numbers into clear reports and dashboards that shed light on turnover, time-to-hire, and employee engagement. You'll identify trends, suggest data-backed improvements to recruiting and onboarding, and help protect sensitive information. • Data collection and cleaning from payroll, applicant systems, and surveys to ensure data quality
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking metrics like turnover, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction
• Analyze workforce trends to explain attrition and productivity patterns
• Recommend data-driven process improvements for recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Ensure compliance and security of personal employee data and support regulatory reporting

• Bachelor in Business (or related field)
• Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Familiarity with HRIS and basic HR practices
• Strong communication to explain data to non-technical managers
• High discretion with sensitive data
• Experience with AI tools like Claude and Cursor
