Compensation / Benefits- Competitive base salary $90,000-$120,000

Responsibilities- Manage family law matters from inception to resolution
- Advise clients and maintain professional communication
- Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, discovery, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial
- Appear at conferences, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients
- Maintain organized case files and record billable time
Key requirements- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active Missouri law license in good standing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective courtroom, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage cases, deadlines, and client expectations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to responsive and professional client service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Family law experience preferred but not required
- Five years of relevant litigation experience for Senior Associate level (if applicable)
