Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will advise leaders in Private Markets on organization design, workforce planning, and leadership development to enable business success. You'll partner with global technology and operations teams to translate strategy into people solutions, guiding change and risk-aware decisions. This role focuses on transformation, structure, and leadership capability in a matrixed environment. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence to drive accountable, data-informed people outcomes and lasting impact.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with Private Markets leaders and translate strategy into talent and workforce plans
  • Diagnose issues using data and business context to inform decisions
  • Design and implement organizational changes that support business objectives
  • Lead workforce planning, restructuring, and organizational design initiatives
  • Support leaders through change, driving alignment, communication, and adoption
  • Identify organizational risks and opportunities related to structure, capability, succession, and culture
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions
  • Coach leaders on performance management and employee development
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters balancing business and risk
  • Interpret and apply HR policies and laws; collaborate with ER, Legal, and Centers of Excellence
  • Ensure thoughtful execution of people programs and processes
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience in asset management, investment management, financial services, or similar complex professional services
  • Private Markets experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders through complex business and people challenges
  • Strong analytical skills with use of workforce and business data to drive decisions
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
