Talent Development Specialist - AI Adoption & Enterprise Development

Overview

In this role you help Bell embed AI literacy and digital skills into enterprise learning, preparing teams for AI-enabled ways of working. You will partner with IT, HRIS and Talent Management to shape upskilling initiatives and modernize development programs. You'll design learning pathways, deliver hands-on experiences, and measure impact to drive organizational capability. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of learning, change management, and AI adoption in a pioneering aerospace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver AI-enabled training and development opportunities
  • Partner with IT, HRIS, and Talent Management to identify AI/digital skill needs and support adoption
  • Modernize learning curricula (e.g., leadership programs) to include AI competencies
  • Facilitate development experiences focused on performance, digital fluency, and career growth
  • Guide performance management and succession discussions with tools and resources
  • Coordinate enterprise learning programs with assessments, SME collaboration, and logistics
  • Track learning program effectiveness and AI-enabled development impact with data
  • Advise HR and business leaders on talent development needs and change strategies
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years in Talent Development and/or Change Management
  • Experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, AI enablement, or digital skill-building preferred
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives independently
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills
