Overview In this role you lead multi-property operations within the Atlanta portfolio to deliver exceptional resident experiences while driving revenue and operational performance. You will mentor Community Managers and their teams, align activities with budgets and company policies, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize leasing, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. You shape the property's financial trajectory and customer service standards in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people development, financial accountability, and strategic execution to scale a regional portfolio.

- Oversee leasing and maintenance teams, manage leasing activities and resident satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies
- Monitor performance using sales processes and metrics to achieve targets
Key requirements- At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management in property management or similar industries
- 5+ years leading a large team in a competitive sales and service environment with proven results
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach a diverse team
- Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results
- General understanding of financials and budgets
- Knowledge of property management systems and tools (OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)
