Overview

In this role you will help build and maintain analytical tools for portfolio construction that support investment teams and partners. You will translate business needs into features, work with technology squads, and help ensure data quality and a robust data environment. You'll collaborate with analysts, engineers, and UX designers to deliver capabilities that drive better portfolio decisions. This is a chance to shape how Fidelity delivers evidence-based investment solutions at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering for new features/enhancements in the portfolio construction platform
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality, practical solutions
  • Articulate the value and rationale behind new features and improvements
  • Coordinate with developers, engineers, and UX designers to support squad growth and learning
  • Develop and oversee a robust data environment for internal and external use of PCS tools
  • Ensure robust data quality checks to enable reliable tool usage
  • Conduct product acceptance testing and validation
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of business analysis and/or systems analysis experience
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to translate user needs into measurable product improvements
  • Experience as a product analyst across multiple product lifecycles
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills across investment, technology, distribution, and other Fidelity teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Motivation to work collaboratively to drive product initiatives from idea to market
  • Expertise with portfolio construction and investment management techniques (knowledge of investment products a plus)
