Overview As Vice President of People Operations, you will partner with the Chief People Officer to shape and scale HR across a multi-entity real estate organization. You will drive operational HR needs, long-term People function development, and ensure multi-state compliance and best practices. You'll work closely with leadership and diverse employee populations to preserve the established culture while improving processes. Responsibilities- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and People Development teams across a multi-entity organization
- Support the Chief People Officer with operational HR needs and long-term development of the People function
- Provide expertise across multi-state HR compliance, employee relations, HR operations, and best practices
- Partner with leadership and employees across multiple business units and employee populations
- Help identify opportunities to enhance processes and programs while maintaining the organization's established culture
