Overview In this contract role, you will provide general laboratory and operational support within a GMP-regulated setting. You will apply advanced analytical chemistry expertise to ensure accurate testing and compliant results, working closely with the lab team to uphold quality standards. You will contribute to method troubleshooting, training, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain efficient lab operations. Responsibilities- Provide general laboratory and operational support in a GMP environment
- Conduct hands-on analytical testing across multiple instruments and methods
- Maintain GMP compliance and adhere to written procedures
- Review laboratory testing results and investigate suspect data
- Train other analysts on analytical instruments and techniques
- Operate within cross-functional lab teams and communicate results timely
- Qualifications and certifications maintenance; PPE compliance
- Handle multiple duties in a fast-paced setting and meet business needs
Key requirements- BS in Chemistry (MS preferred) with 6+ years (BS) or 4+ years (MS/PhD) of analytical lab experience
- Hands-on experience with GMP analytical testing
- Proficiency in at least four analytical technologies (e.g., GC, HPLC, LC/MS, ICP, AA, FTIR, UV-Vis, RAMAN, Ion Chromatography)
- Experience with LIMS, Empower, Trackwise, Nugenesis
- Ability to troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment
- Strong mathematical comprehension and ability to interpret data
