Overview In this role you recruit and screen candidates to fit client needs, manage the recruitment process, and maintain positive candidate relationships. You will work with clients to understand staffing requirements and report key metrics to management. The position sits within a fast-paced staffing team focused on delivering workforce solutions nationwide. You'll collaborate across functions to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and ongoing candidate engagement. Responsibilities- Recruit and source candidates
- Interview and screen candidates for current and future openings
- Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
- Verify past employment
- Address employee/customer inquiries
- Orientate new employees on policies and safety
- Maintain and present reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and meet goals
Key requirements- Experience in customer service
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR is a plus
- Ability to interview and assess candidates
- Interest in growth within the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
