Change Manager - Finance Back Office

Overview

In this role you will act as the OCM representative for the Finance domain, driving Power User adoption and mitigating risks across the project lifecycle. You will identify opportunities where change management services add value, and upskill colleagues with hands-on domain training across plants. You will liaise between stakeholders, power users, and the OCM team to capture feedback, translate requirements into training materials, and maintain structured dashboards to track progress. You will collaborate across change management functions and work with BAs and POs to stay aligned with system enhancements, with significant travel to North American plants.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the OCM representative within Finance to drive adoption strategies and manage lifecycle risks
  • Identify opportunities where OCM services (training, process mapping, communications, business transformation) add value
  • Deliver domain-specific training across plants; keep training resources updated and organized
  • Act as primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team to gather requirements and risks
  • Translate BA specs into training documents and SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor SPL completion, training delivery, and risk escalation
  • Collaborate with other change management areas to ensure timely, accurate information
  • Support adoption aligned with organizational goals; work with BAs and POs on system changes affecting users
  • Travel to plant locations in North America 50-75% (max 2 consecutive weeks)
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% (max 2 consecutive weeks)
  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA within Finance domain
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple information streams and dashboards
  • Domain-specific SAP S/4HANA knowledge (SAP FICO) with possible familiarity in MM and SD integrations
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across local and global teams
  • Root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and understanding end-to-end financial processes
