Overview In this role, you will help AWS identify and hire world-class scientists across AI/ML, NLP, and Computer Vision. You'll partner with hiring managers to shape search strategies, build cross-domain talent networks, and advance AI-driven capabilities across AWS. You'll influence hiring decisions with strategic sourcing, market insights, and candidate development, impacting billions of customers. This is a collaborative, high-expectation role at the center of AWS's scientific hiring efforts.

Responsibilities- Design multi-channel search strategies and map target institutions to attract top science talent
- Engage at conferences and develop referral leads to expand candidate pools
- Build and maintain cross-domain talent networks and industry sources
- Partner with hiring teams to share market trends and inform search strategy with insights
- Develop candidate pipelines through targeted engagement, screening, and interviews
- Guide candidates through onsite processes and coach teams on interview best practices
Key requirements- 3+ years passive candidate generation in high-tech markets
- 5+ years corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting including full lifecycle recruiting (based on the text)
