Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager in Arcadis' IWTO/ACS team, you will lead multiple water and wastewater design-build projects, balancing scope, schedule, and budget to deliver client-focused outcomes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the Civil discipline lead or QA/QC SME where needed, shaping project execution from permitting to construction. The role emphasizes client relationship growth, risk management, and on-site oversight to ensure designs meet standards. • Lead multiple design and construction projects from concept to design/build with focus on industrial wastewater
• Oversee design processes to meet client needs within budget and schedule
• Facilitate design meetings, value engineering workshops, and review submittals
• Manage pre-construction and construction meetings, site visits, and progress tracking
• Process ASIs/RFIs, review change orders, and manage contract amendments
• Prepare monthly status and budget reports; monitor schedule, cost, and risk
• Provide on-site QA to ensure construction aligns with design and specs
• Support subcontractor/supplier management and change order oversight
• Mentor junior engineers and support client relationship growth
• Lead site civil design and permitting for industrial wastewater projects
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specs, and Arcadis standards
• Provide technical SME input, QA/QC review, or advisory on multi-discipline projects
• Oversee project close-out activities and maintain documentation

• 9+ years as a Senior Project Manager in design and construction
• Experience on NC projects; willing to travel 25% within state and to sites outside NC
• Professional accreditation in a relevant discipline or related project experience
• Civil Engineering degree
