Responsibilities- Align people strategies with organizational objectives and long term talent plans
- Manage workforce planning, performance management, succession, and compensation processes
- Coach managers on employee relations, organisational design, and talent practices
- Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition to support hiring and growth plans
- Analyze people data to identify opportunities and advise leadership
- Lead employee relations to ensure fair, compliant resolution of workplace concerns
- Support organizational change initiatives and culture enhancement
- Collaborate with HR disciplines to deliver integrated people solutions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Key requirements- 3+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Proficiency with HRIS; Workday experience preferred
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
