Overview In this role you will provide HR support to designated groups, building strong relationships with managers and aligning HR practices with company objectives. You will handle staffing coordination, employee relations, policy coaching, and training coordination to sustain compliant, effective HR operations. You'll develop and present HR analytics and lead special projects that support organizational strategies. This position offers a blend of autonomous work and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic energy company.
Responsibilities- Coordinate assignments and staffing for client groups
- Partner with managers to investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Coach employees and managers on HR policies
- Identify and coordinate training solutions as needed
- Counsel on policies, benefits, staffing, and compensation matters
- Develop and analyze HR statistics to support strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations on HR topics
- Manage special projects as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related business field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience, oil and gas industry preferred
- Results-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse cultural exposure
- Demonstrated leadership to engage and influence others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- SHRM credential a plus
- Travel availability 30-40%
