Overview In this role you will write and renew Personal Lines business, including High Net Worth, working with top agents and brokers. You will travel to visit brokers and apply strong technical knowledge to assess coverage and risk. You'll operate within a carrier-backed Personal Lines environment, collaborating with teams to support growth and profitability. This position offers a hybrid in Chicago and an opportunity to advance in a growth-focused carrier.

Responsibilities- Write new and renewal Personal Lines business, including HNW cases
- Assess coverage and risk across Personal Lines products
- Maintain broker relationships and travel to broker visits
- Collaborate with agents, brokers and internal teams
- Contribute to growth and profitability targets
- Support achieving service and underwriting standards
- Participate in the Chicago hybrid work arrangement
Key requirements- 3-5 years minimum experience
- Carrier background as a Personal Lines (or HNW) Underwriter
- College degree
- Strong communication, organizational, and business acumen
- Willingness to travel to visit brokers
- Desirable designation is a plus
- Base salary up to 115K DOE with bonus and benefits
