Construction Controller

As Construction Controller, you will oversee financial operations for a growing construction firm, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. You will partner with the CFO to enable leadership transition and drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support growth. You'll work on-site with a collaborative team, contributing to strong client relationships and scalable operations. • Oversee financial reporting for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with goals
• Collaborate with the CFO to ensure smooth knowledge transfer
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement financial policies to improve efficiency
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and reports

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of financial management experience (preferably in construction)
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule (early Fridays)
