Overview As Leasing Manager, you will drive leasing activity across an office and retail portfolio in the Long Island market. You will collaborate with ownership, brokers, tenants, and internal teams to coordinate transactions, onboarding, and ongoing lease administration. You will support underwriting, financial analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions. This role offers cross-functional impact, exposure to a major property management organization, and meaningful opportunities to shape portfolio performance.

Responsibilities- Manage inbound leasing activity including broker and prospect communication, tours, and follow-up
- Coordinate transaction processes and prepare deal materials
- Oversee lease administration and maintain digital/physical lease files
- Support onboarding and transition of new tenants
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to aid decision making
- Interface with ownership, brokers, tenants, counsel, accounting, construction, and property management
- Assist in underwriting of new deals and contribute to business development efforts
Key requirements- Familiarity with office and retail leasing workflows and tenant coordination
- Strong organizational skills with multiple active matters and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management/lease platforms (strongly preferred)
- Clear written and verbal communication in professional interactions with brokers, tenants, counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Support underwriting of new deals
