Responsibilities- Build talent pipelines by researching and engaging with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online sources
- Define applicant requirements from job descriptions and qualifications
- Attract applicants via job ads and proactive recruiting techniques
- Screen and interview candidates to assess fit against job requirements
- Coordinate interviews by arranging schedules with managers
- Evaluate candidates with managers and maintain consistent qualification criteria
- Improve organization attractiveness through policy/practice improvements and compensation/benefits emphasis
- Meet or exceed Recruiting Department and organizational goals
Key requirements- Proficient in MS Office

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required; 1-2 years recruiting experience preferred
