Overview In this role you support and optimize ABM's enterprise networking across campus, branch, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will ensure secure, resilient, and highly available network services while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll drive modernization, automation, and observability initiatives, contributing to Zero Trust security objectives. This is a hands-on position that blends operations, engineering collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance critical network infrastructure.

Responsibilities- Provide Tier I/II operational support for LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Internet connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco networking infrastructure (Catalyst, Meraki) and wireless controllers
- Perform network refreshes, hardware replacements, software upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Manage network configurations, VLANs, routing, wireless, and IP addressing
- Support network security technologies (firewalls, NAC, MFA, segmentation, secure remote access) and collaborate with Cybersecurity
- Utilize observability and monitoring platforms to proactively identify and remediate performance issues
- Analyze packet captures, NetFlow data, latency, and application performance metrics
- Support automation initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, Python, REST APIs, and Git workflows
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operating procedures
- Participate in project implementations, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations
- Contribute to modernization and automation programs, and support Zero Trust objectives

Key requirements- 4-5 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure
- Experience with Cisco enterprise networking environments
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with Cisco ISE, Meraki, DNA, ThousandEyes, or Cisco Secure technologies (preferred)
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud networking (preferred)
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (preferred)
- Experience with network monitoring/observability tools (SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, 7SIGNAL)
- Experience with Wireshark, NetFlow, and packet analysis (preferred)
- Experience with network automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python, REST APIs)
- Experience with Wi-Fi 6/6E and Infoblox DDI (preferred)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, SASE, and SSE (preferred)
