Overview As Community Manager, you will evolve a global IT customer community from a support-focused forum into an active, collaborative ecosystem. You partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and partners to connect people, content, and opportunities. You'll design programs that reward contributors, drive peer storytelling, and align community insights with product and GTM efforts. This role offers a chance to shape a next-generation, value-driven community at scale.
Compensation / Benefits- base salary $130,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities- Lead the community evolution from reactive support to proactive collaboration hub
- Design and execute recognition and certification programs for contributors
- Ignite peer-to-peer storytelling to bring the TAI vision to life
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and partners to link insights with roadmaps and GTM
- Track health metrics focused on inspiration, collaboration, and contribution
Key requirements- Experience growing builder or developer communities, not just moderating forums
- Strategic thinker with a builder mindset focused on creation
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar enterprise platforms
