Senior Fund Accounting Training Consultant

Overview

In this Senior Training Consultant role, you translate business requirements into learning and development strategy for the COO L&D team, aligning initiatives with business unit and enterprise needs. You lead and collaborate with Training Consultants to design and implement programs that boost individual and organizational performance. You will manage and deliver a range of learning solutions, often in high-visibility, complex contexts, across global audiences. You drive continuous improvement in L&D offerings and lead (or co-lead) major initiatives, including global projects within Fund Accounting training.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into learning and development strategy across management levels
  • Develop and implement programs aligned with business unit and enterprise needs
  • Design proactive communications plans for global audiences about L&D initiatives
  • Evaluate training solutions to identify improvements and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Assess new learning vehicles and tools, recommending purchases when appropriate
  • Facilitate and deliver training solutions; act as project manager for major, complex initiatives
  • Maintain awareness of L&D best practices and introduce them to the organization
  • Lead/coordinate Fund Accounting training curriculum and related global projects
  • Collaborate with global training teams and stakeholders to support organizational goals
Key requirements
  • Five to eight years of operational experience in Fund Accounting or five to eight years of training consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of Fund Accounting processes and complex fund structures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all staff levels
  • Self-starter, team player with attention to detail
  • Strong project management capabilities
