Overview As a Technology Consultant 2 in Infosys Financial Services, you will drive a portion of the SDLC for Atlassian-based solutions, from requirements to deployment and support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, review, and test updates, while building user documentation and training. You'll handle production issues and contribute to improving reliability, with a focus on AI-enabled, cloud-based workflows for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients. This role offers hands-on coding, platform integration, and opportunities to shape transformation through scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities- Document assigned parts of business requirements to guide development
- Facilitate design discussions and record design decisions for the technical team
- Code and integrate new features, maintaining system stability
- Conduct code reviews and manage code repositories
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes
- Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks
- Resolve production issues and suggest preventive reliability improvements
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing, and support activities for knowledge sharing
Key requirements- Atlassian Cloud administration (Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Atlassian organization management)
- Jira/JSM/Confluence support across L1/L2/L3 with large user base and production support
- Atlassian Forge development (UI Kit, Custom UI, Forge Functions, Storage APIs, Web Triggers, Custom Fields, security/permissions)
- Experience building Jira Forge Apps and Confluence Forge Apps; evaluate marketplace solutions
- Atlassian integrations using REST APIs, webhooks; integrate with MS Teams, ServiceNow, and enterprise apps
- Plugin/app configuration and troubleshooting; manage 20+ Atlassian plugins
- AWS exposure (optional) and related services; JavaScript, JSON, XML, REST, Postman, OAuth, SAML/SSO, MFA
- AI observability, AI governance, privacy/security controls, secure AI patterns
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; relocation/travel may be required
