Overview In this role you will coordinate carrier relationships and lead the service team for large commercial accounts. You will shape initial placement and renewal strategies, support risk mapping, and drive process improvements across CRMG. You'll work closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver superior client service and risk transfer solutions. Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate carrier relationships for commercial accounts
- Lead service delivery for large accounts and develop placement/renewal strategies
- Conduct marketing activities for large accounts
- Prepare risk maps or peer reviews for assigned accounts
- Complete special projects and identify process improvements
- Mentor new colleagues as needed
Key requirements- 10 years+ experience in Commercial Account Management
- Proficiency in analyzing complex risk exposures and recommending coverage
- Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent client service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate across CRMG and other business units
- Active licenses as required by state insurance departments (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
