Overview In this role you help clients maximize SAP-based transformations by applying recruiting and HR technology expertise. You will guide decision-making with advisory input, engage multiple clients, and shape solutions that improve processes and outcomes. You'll lead or coach project teams, design options with prototypes, and ensure SAP systems are configured and tested effectively. This position blends business acumen with SAP/Talent & HR knowledge to drive transformation and change across client organizations.

Responsibilities- Help clients understand best practices to maximize SAP value
- Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approach to meet client needs
- Lead, coach, and advise project staff; manage performance where applicable
- Provide design options using prototypes
- Set up and test SAP systems; apply SAP methodologies
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align on goals
- Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led
- Renew existing recruitment processes
- Facilitate process redesign; liaison to business community on change
- Provide functional guidance and document system workflow steps
- Offer insights into functional/technical considerations for implementation
Key requirements- 5+ years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiters experience
- 3+ years SAP implementation or transformation experience
- 3+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or related area
- Certified in SmartRecruiters
- Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration to SmartRecruiters
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (or 12 years of work experience); alternative: Associate's Degree with 6 years
