HR Director

In this role you will provide strategic HR leadership to an established organization in Santa Rosa, guiding comprehensive people operations to align with business goals. You will partner with finance and other functions to set priorities, ensure compliance, and support workforce planning. You will drive employee relations, compensation design, training, and development while leading performance management and process improvements. • Oversee daily HR operations ensuring efficiency and consistent internal support
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and proper recordkeeping
• Partner with Finance and other departments to align on organizational priorities
• Lead employee relations and resolve issues effectively
• Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to stay competitive and equitable
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure data accuracy and processing integrity
• Direct talent acquisition efforts including workforce planning and recruitment strategies
• Drive performance management processes and support development initiatives
• Design and implement training and leadership development programs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead continuous improvement efforts
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
