Overview

As Global HR Specialist you'll provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle within the GRS HR & Talent team. You collaborate with HR Operations and HRBP stakeholders to ensure policy adherence, process efficiency, and timely talent programs. You'll analyze data to reveal insights that inform decisions and lead segments of talent projects. The role combines service excellence with cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support HR processes and talent services across assigned function/sub-function and Service Lines
  • Communicate with stakeholders on day-to-day employee matters while balancing competing priorities
  • Collaborate to implement HR policies, process improvements, and standards across the employee lifecycle
  • Interpret policies, assess risk, and maintain consistency in talent outcomes
  • Gather and analyze talent data to develop insights and recommendations
  • Lead segments of talent projects for client groups or the GRS HR and Talent team
Key requirements
  • Professional HR experience; mobility and immigration experience preferred
  • Experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain professionalism with confidential information
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data synthesis
  • Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced Excel is preferred
