Overview In this HR Manager role, you lead all HR functions for the Sedalia division, balancing structure with approachable leadership. You will guide benefits, payroll, employee relations, recruiting, and training while aligning with the site's safety and performance goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic HR plans that support manufacturing operations. This position emphasizes integrity, work ethic, and a strong safety culture as you drive people initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities- Oversee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, disability, 401K, EAP, wellness, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA)
- Manage weekly payroll administration and attendance tracking
- Handle division-wide employee relations, policies, investigations, and guidance
- Oversee recruiting of full-time teammates and student programs; manage terminations compliant with regulations
- Coordinate division-wide training and development programs
- Oversee public/community relations and advertising; contribute to strategic planning
- Uphold safety policies and housekeeping standards; support safety initiatives at all times
Key requirements- Bachelor in Human Resources or Related Field
- 3 Years Leadership Experience Directly leading and Developing People/Teams
- 5 Years Human Resources Experience
- No Relatives employed with Nucor Steel Sedalia
