Overview

In this role you will be a mid-level associate in a prominent AmLaw 200 construction litigation practice, handling meaningful disputes for a diverse client base. You will work closely with partners to develop strategy, draft sophisticated litigation documents, and manage discovery and depositions. The position offers collaboration, mentorship, and a path to growth within a client-focused environment. Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related litigation
  • Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight
  • Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
Key requirements
  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
  • 5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury matters
  • Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Experience handling discovery processes and depositions
  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-service mindset
