Overview As a Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of commercial construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You'll lead on-site teams, coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients, and enforce safety protocols to minimize risk. You will review plans, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders, driving timely completion and alignment with project objectives. This role offers impact through hands-on site leadership, process optimization, and ensuring safe, compliant construction delivery.

Responsibilities- Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to meet schedule milestones
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules for accuracy and adherence
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Communicate project status and issues with clients, architects, and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets
- Utilize Procore for project management and documentation
Key requirements- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, especially ground-up projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Experience with CMU, office building, and retail projects preferred
- Proficiency in construction management software, especially Procore
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining safety and quality
