Overview

In this role you partner with business and HR leaders to shape scalable HR strategies across a matrixed organization. You will drive workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement to enable sustainable growth. You'll provide trusted counsel on organizational effectiveness and navigate complex employee relations while ensuring legal compliance. You will influence organizational design and collaborate with COEs to deliver high-impact HR solutions. This position offers a hands-on, strategic leadership opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as strategic partner to local and corporate leadership, designing and executing HR programs aligned with business goals and growth
  • Provide executive coaching and data-driven insights to enable high performance and leadership effectiveness
  • Navigate complex employee relations issues with multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and engagement in line with company values
  • Lead organizational design discussions to align structures and capabilities with current and future needs
  • Oversee performance management, compensation processes, promotions, and year-end evaluations with consistency and equity
  • Offer senior-level guidance on development, career progression, and talent planning
  • Develop and enhance HR solutions and policies with HR COEs to address evolving workforce needs
  • Collaborate with COEs in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Talent Development to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Identify capability gaps and partner with Learning and Development to deploy targeted development initiatives
  • Promote positive employee relations through proactive communication across all levels
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred
  • 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience supporting hourly workforces in operational settings
  • Expertise in Employee Relations and People Development
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (primarily to Pennsylvania facilities)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
