Responsibilities- Build talent pipelines by engaging with community services, colleges, agencies, and media; present opportunities and benefits
- Define applicant requirements by analyzing job descriptions and qualifications
- Attract applicants via job ads and proactive recruiting techniques
- Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews and qualification comparisons
- Coordinate management interviews and schedule alignment
- Evaluate candidate fit through discussions with managers and standard qualifications
- Improve organizational attractiveness by recommending policies and benefits, monitoring offers
- Meet or exceed Recruiting Department and organizational goals
Key requirements- Proficient in MS Office
- Professional communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, or relevant field preferred; HS diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
