Overview In this role you manage a book of business as a strategic consultant for existing accounts, renewing contracts and driving cross-sell opportunities to grow profitability. You will lead senior-level relationships, develop tailored sales solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client value. The role focuses on retention, growth, and strong partnership building within a healthcare and insurance context. You will act as the primary client advocate during implementation and ongoing service delivery.
Responsibilities- Review and present new products and services to clients to secure renewals and add-on sales
- Manage senior-level client relationships and advocate for client needs across networks
- Develop sales plans and metrics to retain and grow membership and profitability
- Conduct routine service calls as the main point of contact for strategic planning
- Support contract implementation and address escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales projections, rate finalizations, and renewal materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client strategy and close accounts
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute account-specific action plans and long-term strategies
Key requirements- 2 years of Account/Client Management experience or equivalent
- State-specific Producer License for Life, Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire
