Overview

In this role you will lead operational execution across Siemens Smart Infrastructure projects, driving profitability and delivery excellence. You'll coordinate with PMO, Operations Excellence, and LPO to standardize practices and ensure premium project outcomes. You will support sales with pricing and scope strategy, while anticipating future workforce needs. This is an onsite, project-focused role that shapes how we deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end operational performance across the project portfolio in line with standards and methodologies
  • Meet or exceed budget commitments including revenue, gross margin, and operating margin targets
  • Plan, direct, and oversee operational activities to support sustainable growth and project execution
  • Monitor project performance to control costs, manage risk, and ensure scope/schedule/cost adherence
  • Collaborate with central Operations teams (PMO, Operations Excellence, LPO) to leverage tools and best practices
  • Provide operational and technical support to Sales teams, including pricing guidance, scope definition, and execution strategy
  • Lead workforce planning through hiring, development, allocation, and performance management of resources
  • Ensure balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital align with company expectations
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading operations in a project-based, solutions, or engineering environment
  • 5+ years of building automation experience
  • Financial acumen with responsibility for revenue, margin, cost control, and cash flow
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Project Management, and operations organizations
  • High School diploma or state-recognized GED
  • Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license; eligible for Siemens fleet program
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
