Overview In this role you will optimize Talent Acquisition technology solutions, focusing on SmartRecruiter ATS and integrations. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery and ongoing support of TA tech aligned with business needs. You'll act as a subject matter expert on SmartRecruiter functionality and downstream integrations, driving cross functional collaboration and issue resolution. Your work will span SDLC governance, requirements gathering, and data flows across systems to enable efficient TA operations.
Responsibilities- Understand TA processes and workflows, with emphasis on SmartRecruiter ATS
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of data integration between SmartRecruiter and downstream systems
- Serve as SME for SmartRecruiter functionality and integrations
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, internal tech teams, and external partners
- Manage ongoing support items and troubleshoot issues to drive resolution
- Apply SDLC practices and related documentation and delivery
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for TA processes and integrations
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Minimum 5 years of data integration experience
