The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: At least one year of experience practicing law with a plaintiff PI focus, A passion for client satisfaction, the ability to inspire optimal staff performance and morale, and a proven drive to succeed. Strong academic credentials. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
