- Competitive Compensation: $320,000 - $425,000+ annually
- Medical Directorship Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment
- Deliver direct patient care in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Provide medical leadership for psychiatric services
- Establish and improve clinical workflows, treatment protocols, and best practices
- Participate in treatment team meetings and hospital leadership committees
- Collaborate with executive leadership, nursing, and clinical teams
- Support provider recruitment, mentorship, and professional development
- Promote quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Assist with program development and operational growth initiatives
Qualifications Required
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry Residency Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Missouri Medical License or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership and clinical communication skills
Preferred
- Previous Medical Director or psychiatric leadership experience
- Hospital-based psychiatry experience
- Experience developing clinical programs, workflows, and treatment standards
Compensation & Benefits Compensation
- Base Salary: $320,000 - $425,000+
