A growing behavioral health organization located in northeastern Massachusetts, just north of the Boston metro area, is seeking a BC/BE Addiction Psychiatrist to provide clinical leadership and patient care within a comprehensive addiction treatment program.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Addiction Psychiatry opportunity with Medical Director responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for detoxification and residential treatment programs
- Patient-facing role including:
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management
- Treatment planning and ongoing patient care
- Supervise and support Nurse Practitioners and other advanced practice providers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Opportunity to help shape clinical programs, support quality initiatives, and positively impact patient outcomes
