Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialist and help bring leading brands, including Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP, to life inside retail locations.
We are seeking organized, dependable team members who enjoy working independently and completing hands-on projects in a retail environment. You'll travel to assigned stores within a 90-mile radius, use mobile technology to manage and document your work, and complete projects according to client specifications and deadlines. Success in this role requires strong time management, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to build professional relationships with store personnel.
Position Details
Hourly Pay: $16.50
Travel: Assignments may require travel up to 90 miles from your home
Workdays: Monday through Friday
Assignment Hours: Projects are scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., offering flexibility based on available work
Assignment volume may vary, and a specific number of weekly hours is not guaranteed.
Scheduling Options: Depending on project and client requirements, work may be self-scheduled or assigned to specific shifts
Pre-Employment Screening: Team members must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Successful completion of a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, and drug screening is required in accordance with applicable state laws
What You'll Do
Build, install, adjust, and maintain shelving, fixtures, endcaps, and other in-store displays
Support store resets, remodel projects, new build-outs, and repairs to existing displays
Use planograms (POGs), diagrams, schematics, and project instructions to complete merchandising work according to client standards
Set up and service televisions, kiosks, interactive displays, and additional retail technology
Complete required software and operating system updates on demonstration devices
Place or replace promotional graphics, price cards, SD cards, and additional marketing components
Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware or display problems and verify equipment is operating as intended
Use a smartphone to photograph finished projects and submit required documentation
Keep project areas orderly and safe while providing professional service to store teams and clients

What You'll Need
Confidence working with basic hand tools and mobile technology
A valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and dependable personal transportation
Ability to safely use ladders reaching heights of up to 10 feet
Ability to safely lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs
Ability to perform physical activities throughout the workday, including walking, kneeling, crouching, bending, reaching overhead, and repetitive movements
Availability to drive as far as 90 miles in any direction from your residence for assigned projects
Access to required tools, including Phillips and flat-head screwdrivers, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, and a 256G USB with USB-A / USB-C adapter
A smartphone with an up-to-date operating system and active data service, along with the ability to download apps, review digital project instructions, and upload completion photos
