Job Description
As a Security Officer Medical Facility in West Columbia, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will monitor communications, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, maintain accurate activity logs, and support staff and visitors with exceptional customer service. Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare environment.Monitor alarms, communications systems, and incoming calls; dispatch appropriate personnel and maintain clear, accurate incident documentation.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.Maintain dispatch logs, access-related records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
