We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care clinic in Fayetteville, NC. This role is designed for providers who value continuity of care, manageable schedules, and practicing medicine without hospital demands.

The practice focuses on adult and geriatric primary care, emphasizing prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships in a supportive, team-based environment.

• 100% outpatient primary care

• No hospital rounding

• No nights, weekends, or overnight call

• Predictable weekday schedule

• Team-based care model with clinical support

• Focus on quality outcomes rather than volume

• Primarily adult and senior patients

• Longitudinal care with emphasis on preventive medicine and chronic condition management

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in North Carolina or eligible for licensure

• Primary care or adult/geriatric experience preferred

• Comfortable managing common chronic conditions

• Values continuity, collaboration, and patient-centered care
