Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensiveneurosurgical care, including both surgical and nonsurgical management ofcomplex conditions
- Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Participate in shared callcoverage to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care
- Contribute to ongoingquality improvement and evidence-based best practices within the department
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from anaccredited institution
- Completion of anACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
- Fellowship training in asubspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
- Board certified or boardeligible in Neurosurgery
- Strong clinical and surgicalskills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication abilities to foster patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to work effectivelywithin a multi-specialty practice setting
