Responsibilities Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation files from filing through trial. Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. Prepare motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and other litigation documents. Coordinate trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness files, trial notebooks, and calendaring deadlines. Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics. Organize and maintain litigation files and case management systems.
