  • Call Schedule: Minimal Call
  • Sign-On Bonus
  • Compensation: $292,000 - $341,500

  • Additional Info: Provide primary care for senior patients in a value-based care model while leading a team of clinicians to lead quality, outcomes, and patient experience.Balance patient care with leadership responsibilities, supporting clinicians, improving performance, and advancing a patient-centered model of care.- Spend 50-80% of your time providing direct patient careQualifications:- BC in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine- 8+ years of clinical experience- 2+ years of leadership or project leadership experience
