COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $278/hr (days), $300/hr (nights) Main ED; $250"$260/hr FSED
Minimum 120 hours/month (no cap on additional shifts)
12-hour and 10-hour shifts available
Rotations between main ED and FSEDs (exclusive FSED possible)
Zero call responsibilities
W2 (no 1099)
OPERATIONS 42-bed main ED; 50k"55k annual visits
5 physicians + 2"4+ APPs daily
Nursing 1:3 (max 1:4); PPH 1.5"1.7; LWBS Level III Trauma Center; STEMI program with 24/7 interventional cardiology
Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivists; in-house surgery
Average radiology reads: 7 min (CT: 3.2 min); 24/7 dedicated radiology coverage

Two new FSEDs opening 2027 (8 & 12 beds, full imaging/lab)

REQUIREMENTS- Board-certified or eligible in EM
- Valid SC license (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years EM experience preferred
- BLS/ACLS current
